These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter T&C) regulate the process of buying and selling the products offered by SPARTUM SHOES (Spartum Shoes) on this website, www.spartum.shoes.
Access to and use of this Website and the products and services available through this Website (collectively, the "Services") are subject to the following T&C. By using the Services, you are agreeing to all of the T&C. As they may be updated by us from time to time you should check this page regularly to take notice of any changes we may have made to the Terms of Service.
At Spartum Shoes, we are committed to protecting the privacy and security of our customers and site visitors. Therefore, we fully appreciate and respect the importance of data privacy and security.
Please note that the headings of the different clauses are only informative, and will not affect, qualify or extend the interpretation of the T&C.

We will consider client to every person who makes an order and gives his/her acceptance at the time of purchase.
In order to place the order, the client must provide the following information: name, surname or business name, CIF/NIF/DNI, invoice address, delivery address, contact number and contact email.
2. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
The process of buying and selling the products offered by Spartum Shoes on this website, www.spartum.shoes, by the client. Please note that these products are distributed by Spartum Shoes.
3. OFFER PROCESS
Every single product has its own tab which includes a description and its sale price with VAT.
The final price of the product, or the shipping cost may vary depending on the country of destination or the payment method. Moreover, there could be different prices due to the use of discount vouchers. However, as the customer must indicates the delivery address and the payment method, the page will show the exact price of the purchase. Therefore, the customer will be fully informed about the whole costs and the exact price.
In most cases, the product will have at least one photograph showing the shoe, as well as its characteristics and description.
The final price of the product is the one that appears on the website at the time of placing the order, once the payment method and delivery address have been fill out.
On the other hand, every purchase made by a physical or legal person domiciled in any of the EU countries will be subject to VAT. Still, purchases made by taxable persons from EU countries will be exempt as long as they send in advance a copy of a Tax Identification number.
Purchases made by individuals, both physical and legal, resident in countries outside the EU, Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla will be exempt from VAT: Any customs expenses incurred during the transportation (from the country of origin to the destination) will be paid by the customer if it had not been agreed otherwise.
4. ACCEPTANCE OF THE OFFER
The acceptance occurs when the customer express his/her consent to the order, and subsequent the acceptance of the T&C. When payment is made, the customer formalizes the purchase contract with Spartum Shoes, acquiring the rights and commitments established set up by the relevant regulations and in these T&C.
5. PAYMENT METHODS
Spartum Shoes provides the following payment methods to its customers:
• Credit card: Visa / Master Card
Spartum Shoes has the rights to expand or reduce the payment methods available at any time.
The customer will select the payment method at the checkout.
1. Via Credit card:
We only accept Visa and Mastercard protected by Verified Visa. If the customer´s credit card is not registered by Veried, he/she must consult with its bank to be able to register it.
The system will automatically calculate the shipping costs associated with the chosen payment method and the total cost will be shown before the acceptance of the order.
2. Via Paypal:
If you have a Paypal account you can make the payment through this platform.
3. Other methods:

Once we check and process the order, we will proceed to send it to the indicated delivery address. This process may take longer depending on the chosen payment method.
Once the package leaves our warehouse, it will take up to 48h to any Spanish city or 72h to any EU country.
Please note that when receiving the order, if it’s clearly visibly that the product has been damaged during the transport, or there has been a mistake with the product we sent, the customer should communicate it to Spartum Shoes within 24h after receiving the order to process the pickup and replace it for a new one or the refund.
We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with without any extra cost. You have 30 days to make the return and get a refund. To do this, the customer must contact the online sales department at email@example.com and they will indicate the procedure.
Returned products must be in perfect condition, without any marks and in the original packaging. The refund will be made as soon as possible and within a maximum period of 14 days.
8. CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS
Customers must read the present T&C prior to the acceptance of the order.
To respect this T&C once the payment has been accepted.

9. SPARTUM SHOES OBLIGATIONS
• To send the goods under the conditions agreed with the customer and to deliver the goods in perfect condition and at the place of delivery set.
• Respect the price of the orders agreed at the time of the purchase.
10. CUSTOMER RIGHTS
• To receive the product in perfect conditions.
• In case Spartum Shoes can not fulfil the order, the company will inmediatly refund the price of the non served products.
• To cancel the order under this T&C.
11. SPARTUM SHOES RIGHTS
• To receive payment for the sold products.
• To change the prices of its products.
• Modify delivery times depending on the availability of the products.
• Cancel orders for non-payment by the Customer.
• Close the website without prior notice.
12. PRODUCT WARRANTIES
Every single product offered by Spartum Shoes is guaranteed. In the case that a customer receives a defective product, Spartum Shoes must proceed, in accordance with the situation, to repair or replace the product with no extra cost for the customer.
Also, Spartum Shoes must responds to any lack of conformity that manifests itself within two years of delivery.
Moreover, Spartum Shoes must respond to any lack of conformity manifest by the customer within two years from the time of delivery. Customer must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two months of being informed by email or telephone and we will arrange the return without extra costs.
Notifications, requests and writings of any kind to which this contract gives rise, the address of Spartum Shoes shall be understood as the indicated in the present T&C.
14. VALIDITY OF THE CLAUSES
Even if any of this clauses or one of its parts is invalid or applicable, the rest of the norms will convinue to be valid and valuable.
This T&C will be valid as long as they remain published in the website and will be applied to the services acquired when these T&C were available.
15. APPLICABLE REGULATION
These General Conditions are regulated by the current Spanish legislation, and specifically by the: Civil Code, Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers And Users and other complementary laws, Law 7/98 of 13 April of General Conditions of Contract, Law 7/96 of January 15 of Ordinance on Retail Commerce, Directive 2000/31 EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 8 June, Law 34/2002 of July 11, Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce, Law 23/2003 of July 10, Guarantees on the Sale of Consumer Goods and the regulations that develop them.
Alternatively, as an entity adhering to Confianza Online and in the terms of its Code of Ethics, in the case of disputes concerning online recruitment and advertising, data protection, protection of minors, the Client may resort to the system of out-of-court dispute resolution Online (www.confianzaonline.es).
As affiliated of CONFIANZA ON LINE and following those Terms and Conditions contained in its Code of Ethics about commercial agreements and advertising, personal data and non-adults protection users may go to the extra-judicial (www.confianzaonline.es).
16. MODIFICATION OF THE CONTRACTING CONDITIONS
Spartum Shoes may modify the present T&C and/or its clauses whenever it considers that there is a cause for it. By an illustration and not limitation way, it is understood that this circumstance is satisfied when the range of products available to the customers is improved or there is a need of modification, replacement or updating the price of the offered products.
